No Financial Elements
Users explicitly acknowledge that:
- No monetary rewards, prizes, or payouts exist
- No actual lottery participation is facilitated
- All visualizations serve educational demonstration purposes exclusively
- Platform interaction carries no expectation of material outcomes
5. Acceptable Behavior Standards
Platform users commit to avoiding:
- Unauthorized system access attempts or security breaches
- Disruption of platform operations or infrastructure
- Use of automated tools, bots, or data scraping applications
- Identity misrepresentation or fraudulent account creation
- Distribution of malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Violation of intellectual property rights
- Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct
- Reverse engineering or platform technology replication attempts
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal without refund or compensation.
6. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform materials, including but not limited to:

- Software algorithms and code
- Text, graphics, and multimedia content
- Trademarks and brand identifiers
- Visualization techniques
constitute the exclusive property of WinCalotto and receive protection under Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
Limited Use License
Platform access provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and utilize educational materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license prohibits modification, reproduction, distribution, or derivative work creation without explicit written authorization.
7. Service Changes
We retain the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any platform feature
- Update visualization offerings or educational content
- Revise interface designs and navigation structures
- Adjust operational procedures and policies
Service changes may occur without prior notification. Continued platform usage following modifications signifies acceptance of changes.
8. Availability Disclaimer
While we strive for continuous platform availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may experience unavailability due to:
- Scheduled maintenance and system updates
- Technical difficulties or system failures
- External infrastructure dependencies
- Force majeure events beyond our control
We accept no liability for temporary service interruptions or access limitations.
9. Warranty Disclaimer

10. Liability Limitations
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WINCALOTTO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PLATFORM ACCESS OR USAGE
- THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS OR CONTENT
- SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR DATA LOSS
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) FOR PLATFORM ACCESS DURING THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. User Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless WinCalotto, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Platform usage or misuse
- Terms of Service violations
- Infringement of third-party rights
- Submission of false or misleading information
12. Account Termination
User-Initiated Termination
Users may close accounts at any time by contacting support@wincalotto.com.
Platform-Initiated Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately without notice for:
- Terms of Service violations
- Fraudulent or unlawful activities
- Abusive or improper conduct
- Security threats or unauthorized access attempts
- Extended inactivity periods
13. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Canadian federal law and the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction
Users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Quebec, Canada for dispute resolution.
Informal Resolution
